  Hi, I've received the item, but found out that there's a small defect with the door zip. The lower zip is sewn into one of the seams and is immobile. If I request for an exchange, do I have to go to your warehouse? Can I just go to the shop instead?

Hi customer, apologies but do you have a clearer photo? we cant really see the damage of your item? yeah if you can come in our warehouse to do the exchange item to make sure that this item is in good condition as our stocks was in there if you want us to do the exchange in our shop we can also send only one item in our shop we will also help to checked before dening it in our shop but we have to schedule it as we need to send it over together of our shop delivery, please let us know your side. thanks

Hi,

The bottom zipper of the door was sewn into the seams of the left side. In my picture, the zipper is not drooping down like it's supposed to, but stuck to the left side black seam. Not sure if I fix it by cutting the thread, will it affect the whole carrier by falling apart. From the pictures from your page it didn't look like it's supposed to be this way. So I think it might be a small sewing mistake.

Yes I'm okay with a scheduled time for exchange at your shop.
